This occurs if there are several virtual folders on the same application pool in Web site which are
configured to work with different .NET Framework versions (e.g. 1.1 and 2.0).
Resolution:
If you are using Windows 2003/2008, you should create a dedicated application pool for EP and then specify it in the EP.NET virtual directory properties.
