Q. How do I add a header and/or footer to EP reports?
A. This can be done by editing the report template.
In the \_Definitions\_Reports subfolder of EP folder you should locate the appropriate report file with the .lgx extension.
As a double check that you have the right report, the report file you want to modify contains the following text:
<Label Class="table_header" Caption="report name"
To check, open the file in Notepad, and do a search for Caption=, which should show you that you have the right report.
Then, make a backup of the .lgx file and do the required changes using the "Logi Report" application.
