Go to login page of your EP account and click on '
Recover password' link:
Login window will expand down, offering to enter username and e-mail address associated with that username, where new password will be sent to:
Enter user name and e-mail address and then click 'Send Password' button. The message will appear at the bottom of the window:
Now check your e-mail box for an automatic e-mail, where you will be asked to click on a link to confirm you wish to reset the password. If you do not see the below e-mail then you should check your SPAM or JUNK folder:
Upon clicking the reset link you'll be forwarded to the EP login page again where you'll see a message that a new password has been sent to you:
and the second e-mail with the new password will arrive afterwards:
Now you are able to login to EP using the new password that you can change to another one if you wish on the My Options page.
