First you will have to open IIS 7 manager. You can access it by navigating to "Start --> Administrative Tools --> IIS manager".
In IIS manager, click on your Server Name.
Click on the "Server Certificates" icon.
In the menu on the right click "Create Self-Signed Certificate".
Now, name your certificate accordingly. If you are going to use it for EasyProjects, use EasyProjects so that you know the purpose of the given certificate.
Click OK. Once that is complete, you should see the EasyProjects certificate in the list of Self-Signed certificates.
