Error exporting a report to PDF: HTML render is blank

You may receive the following error when you try to export a report to PDF.

Error:
There was an error generating the PDF. HTML render is blank.


Solution:
Please check if Internet Explorer 9.0 is installed on the server where EP site is running, and if so then uninstall it (i.e. roll-back to IE 8.0).
