Task Progress - parent task with subtasks
The parent task "Business Task X" is showing 100% complete, yet there are several subtasks that are not complete.
Why is the parent showing 100%, then?

This is done by design.  There can be 0% progress subtasks while a parent task has 100% progress, as EP considers such tasks as auxiliary or outside the progress calculation if you don't specify Both the 'Progress' And 'Est. hours' values for them.  Even if the values for progress are 0 (zero) - the substask doesn't affect parent's progress.

A task will Not be taken into consideration if it doesn't have Both "Progress" And "Estimated hours" values specified.

Therefore, the solution is to add a number such as 1 to each of the Progress and Est. Hours fields, which is not enough to significantly affect the calculation, but is enough to allow these subtasks to become part of the calculation.
