The report is too large to convert to PDF

We're on a super old EasyProjects version (5.0.5 I think) and we just migrated our EasyProjects front-end from Server 2003 to a 2008 platform. After migration we're having issues exporting reports as PDF. Exporting as Excel works fine still. The error we get when clicking the PDF option is "The report is too large to convert to PDF."  Below is the detailed debug output... Curious if anyone has any suggestions. Thank you.

Please check if Internet Explorer 9 is installed on the server where EP site is running, and if so then uninstall it (i.e. roll-back to IE 8.0).
