Ability to add project calendar snapshots into guest portal or ability to bring Gantt charts/ project calendar snapshots to custom reports.

Proposed
I like Easy Projects project calendar snapshot - it provides a concise roadmap of the project's progress.  I think this would a be great tool to incorporate into a customer's guest portal.  If it cannot be incorporated there, at least the option to include these images, i.e, Gantt chart and project calendar, in the Custom Report generator.

Thank you,

Hello Eyu-Jin,

Once again, thank you for posting your requests into the Easy Projects Community.

From your posting it appears that you wish to share the project calendar and the Gantt chart with Guest Users.

You can print the project calendar when the calendar view that you wish to print is on your screen and go to the Quick Panel menu (top left of the main menu) and choose 'Printer-friendly version' which will enable you to create a PDF file.
There is information in Online Help about the Quick Action menu which can be found at:
https://www.easyprojects.net/help/quick_action_panel.htm

You can print the Gantt chart reports found under the Reports / Gantt charts by clicking the 'Printer-friendly version' which appears to the top right of the Gantt chart being displayed. Please note that the Gantt chart which appears on the Activity Center currently is not printable, although there are plans to likely make this available later this year.

You can then attach the above files to a project or activity that has been assigned to a Guest User and they will now be able to view those files.

I hope this assists you.

Hi Fred:

Yes, I understand the print option is there.  However, it would be great if on the guest user portal the live and dynamic calendar were displayed. Just a nice-to-have. :)  Thanks for your continued feedback.

Best,
Eyu-Jin
