3.

Go to Statuses tab.

4.

Under Priorities, click the 'More' button to access available filtering options.

5.

6.

The list will be updated to show only projects or activities that meet the selected filter(s).

The filter appears as a rectangular box above the project list.

On Step 5, you can select as many filtering options as you like. As a result, there will be displayed one filter with the corresponding number of filtering options shown inside a blue circle at the left top corner, as shown below.

Filters vs Filtering options

One should make a distinction between filters and filtering options.

The relationship is that of inclusion: filters consist of filtering options.

Every active filter you enable is displayed as a filter box atop the filtered list of projects and activities.

A filter consisting of two or more filtering options has a small blue circle on its top left corner, with the

number of options at its center. It is demonstrated on the picture above. The filter shown on the picture is

easy to interpret: the star tells you that it is a Priority filter with one of the filtering options being Medium and the

other which is not shown but can be accessed by clicking the downward arrow at its right side.

Canceling filters

To cancel the active filter or filters, close the respective box(es) by clicking the 'X' at their top right corner.
