To change category of a task, issue or request:

 

1.

Locate the activity you would like to change category of.

2.

If category is not displayed, click the Settings button, and select the Category checkbox under Activity.

3.

Click Settings again. The Category button () will become visible beneath the name of the task.

4.

Click the button and select required category. Changes are saved automatically.

 

Changing category in Activity details section:

 

1.

Click the name of the activity whose category you want to change.

2.

Click the Category () drop-down.

3.

Select the category you wish to re-assign the activity to.
