Portfolio report

This report is only available if ‘Show portfolios’ is turned on in Options | Program settings.

 

This report is used to display the list of projects belonging to one or more portfolios.

 

To generate a portfolio report:

 

1.

Mouse over Reports and select Portfolio.

2.

Select one of the available portfolios or all.

3.

Select Portfolio Manager (all managers or a specific one).

4.

Select a category (all or a specific one).

5.

Select a status (all or a specific one).

6.

To generate the report, click ‘Apply’.

7.

To reset the filter to default values, click ‘Reset’.

8.

To save the report as an MS Excel file, click ‘Export to Excel’.

9.

To save the report as a PDF file, click Export to PDF’.

The generated report is displayed right beneath the filters section.

 

 

Exporting a Report to Selected Format

 

As soon as a report is generated, you can export to Excel or PDF, or some other available format.

 

To export a report:

 

1.

Open the drop-down list which reads 'Export to the selected format' on the panel above the generated report.

2.

Select the format you want to save the report in.

3.

Click the 'Export' button next to the list that becomes active.

4.

The report will be downloaded into your default downloads folder.
