Vacation report

This report is used to display vacation days of a selected project member or the whole project team.

 

To run a vacations report:

 

1.

Mouse over Reports and select Vacations.

2.

In the filters, select a user (All users, or a specific one).

3.

Select a date range.

4.

To reset the filter to default values, click ‘Reset’.

5.

To save the report as an MS Excel file, click ‘Export to Excel’.

6.

To save the report as a PDF file, click Export to PDF’.

The generated report is displayed right beneath the filters section.

 

Exporting a Report to Selected Format

 

As soon as a report is generated, you can export to Excel or PDF, or some other available format.

 

To export a report:

 

1.

Open the drop-down list which reads 'Export to the selected format' on the panel above the generated report.

2.

Select the format you want to save the report in.

3.

Click the 'Export' button next to the list that becomes active.

4.

The report will be downloaded into your default downloads folder.
