On what events the e-mail notifications are sent? Who receives them?

E-mail notifications are set for projects. Each project can have its specific e-mail notifications settings.

The default rule created in a project is as follows:


- Assignees only.


- Notify person who made the change;
- Notify creator.


- All events (Add, Edit, Assign, Complete, Delete) for all objects (Task, Issue, Request, Message, Attachment).

Please note that the "Common notification rule" doesn't have enabled events by default, so you have to select one of the presets e.g. "Key events" or tick needed boxes manually:
