You must have 'Manage all custom forms' global permission or be included in the list of users of a custom form with the permission 'Manage this custom form and its records' to perform the actions below.

To get rid of the forms that you do not need currently or any longer and that only clutter your screen needlessly, you can use either archive or delete functions. The main difference is that archived forms can be recovered, while deleted cannot. View the archive feature as deleting to a recycle bin.

To archive a form:

1.

Click Custom Forms on the header menu.

2.

Click 'Manage custom forms'.

3.

Go to Active tab to view the active forms, or to Draft tab to view draft forms.

4.

Click the Edit link on the form you want to archive.

5.

As the editing screen opens, click 'Delete or archive this form'  at the top.

6.

Select Archive on a drop-down menu.

Notice that the 'Delete or archive this form' transforms into two links: 'Restore into Draft' and 'Delete'.

1.

Click Custom Forms on the header menu.

2.

Click 'Manage custom forms'.

3.
