You can use any project as a "template" project and duplicate it when needed.
It can be done on the Projects page using the
Duplicate project
link in a project's contextual menu.
A "template" activity can be copied either using the
Batch Operations
or the
Copy activity to multiple projects
item in the contextual menu for an activity.
