If after upgrading to EP version 9 you prefer to use the Activities classic and silverlight and Project list pages from the version 8 while you learn the in's and out's of the new activity center you can go to
Administrator user menu - Settings - General - Advanced settings and enable the "Show old activity and project pages (Easy Projects v8)" option.
In the 9x versions earlier than 9.0.0.22690 the option is enabled as follows:
Open the web.config file in Notepad or any text editor or xml file editor and make the following edit:
before:
<add key="ApplicationMode" value="EP9" />
after:
<add key="ApplicationMode" value="EP8" />
When you log back into Easy Projects you will see the following choices added to the projects and tasks menu - note in the second screenshot that when you choose "project" and go to that page the calendar and list view are available, not just the calendar.
