How do I add (or remove) a user to (from) multiple projects?


Go to the Project List page. Click on the "Batch Operations" button. Choose "Change Members". Then select a user you want to add/remove and add the user to the operation list with Add or Remove operation. Next, mark down checkboxes for all projects you want to be affected and click "Run".



If some members cannot be removed from projects then they have activities assigned in the projects. So you need to unassign them from activities in these projects using "Batch operations - Change assignees" on the Activity list page.
