A: The ASP.NET process needs to be restarted, and to do this - open your "Web.config" file, in NotePad only, and then add and remove a space from anywhere in the file, then save and close it. Now, log back into EP and you should see the updated license numbers.

You can also run the " iisreset " command (without the quotes) in the command prompt to restart IIS.
