Guest users are logged in to the
Guest Portal
and the free license allows them to participate with:

Add new Issues and Requests
-
View assigned activities and Edit issues and requests created by the Guest user
-
Modify personal settings
-
View Project details
-
Upload Files to assigned activities or activities created by Guest user
-
Use Activity Message Boards in
assigned activities or activities created by Guest user
Note. Guest users see only projects of the same customer as one associated with them.
It's NOT possible to modify object permissions for a guest user.
Such users do not require licenses and the number of them is not limited.
