The "
Project
" drop-down list on the Time log page contains projects where current user:
- participates and has either «Time entries - Add own» or «Time entries - Add for someone else» permissions;
- doesn't participate but has the permission «Time entries - Add for someone else» in his global role.
The "
Activity
" drop-down list contains activities if the following conditions are met:
- current user is not a project member but has the «Time entries - Add for someone else» permission in the role. He is not the activity assignee but at least one project member is assigned to the activity;
- current user is a project member and has the «Time entries - Add for someone else» permission in the project. He is not the activity assignee;
- current user is a project member and assigned to the activity.
