Disable "Add Request" feature in Guest Portal

We would like the ability to hide or disable the green Add Request/Issues/Tasks button in the Guest Portal for all guest users in our company. Our licensed users set up all the necessary tasks within a project to meet a given deadline and submitted ones from our internal customers a) are unwelcome distractions from what we meticulously set up, and b) are easily missed since only one user (or none) is added to those. It would save hours of time training and reminding and fixing and deleting if we could hide that green button at the administrator level for all guest users in our system. We'd prefer to drive users to the open activity(ies) or use that space instead to display the thumbnail photos of the members of that project so they can reach out to the right people directly.

THIS. PLEASE. We've actually lost requests and missed deadlines because of the green buttons.
